Who says men are insensitive?
When a Georgia man got worried because he couldn't get in touch with his girlfriend, he called a buddy to go check up on her. Parker Clayton Ward, 54, of Forsyth County, Georgia (USA), did as he was asked and then reported to authorities that the woman was dead.
According to sheriff's deputies, investigators' suspicions were aroused by the body's position and clothing, which evidently had been fiddled with. They also found a number of empty pill bottles nearby.
When the investigators questioned Ward, he admitted that he had tried to have sex with the woman. He was arrested and charged with necrophilia, which could put him in prison for up to ten years.
His defense? He said he didn't know the woman was dead.
